This family mindfulness toolkit equips you and your loved ones to deepen your connections through a range of mindfulness techniques including meditation, gratitude journaling, yoga exercises and more.

Project Goal

  • Your KinCloud is a safe space where you can communicate openly with your family to develop an encouraging.
  • Mindful atmosphere centered on gratitude.
  • Self-awareness and positive habit-building.

User Interface

The primary goals of designing the user interface was to keep
it simple, minimal and easy to use.

All the following features are included, and each member of your KinCloud can pick and choose the mindfulness habits most useful for them.

Feel calmer and more centered through meditation. Simple, kid-friendly guided practices to focus on the breath and calm the mind. All practices are short, but high impact; new content is added regularly.

2) Gratitude Journaling

Create a daily list of things for which you are grateful. Happiness experts attest that a regular gratitude practice wires the brain to find joy. By posting gratitude journals to your KinCloud, you inspire positivity.

3) Self-Awareness Check-ins

Check in with your KinCloud about how your day is going, how you are feeling and why. Habitual check-ins with our feelings promote emotional centering and self-compassion.

4) Mindful Messaging

Share an inspirational photo or meaningful words to brighten someone's day in your KinCloud and foster connection.

5) Yoga Practices

Move the body and feel better through yoga. Simple, kid-friendly videos created to connect the body with the breath and make us feel good.

Click on inspirations when you need a positive,uplifting quote to brighten your day.
